Nuget.exe bundled with OctoPack is out-of-date

Recently installed OctoPack I discovered that nuget.exe ver. 1.6 is bundled with it however the latest is 2.5. Please update.

Hi,

We’ll update it in a future release; is it causing a specific problem by being out of date? In general newer NuGet servers should handle packages built by older NuGet.exe's.
