Not Able to deploy on New Environment Added

Hi Dear

I have created a new environment. Added new deployment target with all roles to deploy. I can see the environment in project, but not able to deploy on the new environment, even though created new release as well. Its still show blank.
Also added the environment into the life cycle as well. IN the DEV05 is old environment and DEV07 and 04 is added new.

First, with this being an older version of Octopus Server, I would like to confirm that what you are seeing is not a UI bug. Could you test this by selecting a release, then attempting to select the DEV07 environment from the “Deploy To” option?

Could you try creating a new release and then see if the environment shows up on the deploy page?
