Network errors since upgrade

About a month ago we upgraded to 2020.6 and some of our users are reporting regular errors in the browser

"There was a problem with your request.

Unable to establish a connection to the Octopus Deploy server. The server may be offline. Please check your network connection."

Looking in devtools we see a number of api requests failing with net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

I get this sort of error very occasionally, but other users say they get it very often, one user told me he would estimate he gets the error 80% of all page loads. The page will partial load but most will be blank

Could you please send through a HAR file for a failed request as well as let us know which Octopus Server version you upgraded from? I’m also curious if this happens repeatedly for specific pages or is it intermittent for nearly any page?
