We have some quite complicated projects on our current Octopus Server implementation and I’d like to migrate this into the Octopus Cloud offering.
Can you advise or point me in the direction to any articles or tools that could assist with this?

Depending on which version of Octopus you’re currently running, you have a few options available:
If you’re on the latest version (2021.1), you can take advantage of the new Export/Import Project feature to move projects between instances.
Outside of the new feature, the other option I’d recommend looking at is using the Space Cloner tool:
