Manually run a nuget on a tentacle

Is it possible to manually run a nuget on a tentacle using the commandline?

Hi Jonas,

Thanks for getting in touch! Currently there is no way trigger a deployment from the tentacle.
We are working on something that will allow for a case of offline deployments, but that is a few months away.
