Hi we have a client on Octopus HA. In random situations it appears that the API for grabbing all of the machines in an environment is not showing the correct results. We stand up new VM’s in Azure via a Terraform step and the Azure VM Tentacle extension. Everything shows that the tentacle is fully updated and registered yet it is not being reflected in the API results.
The specific API I am speaking of is:
~/api/environments/{id}/machines{?skip}

Once we have the logs hopefully we can find out what’s going on.
