Lost permissions upgrading to 3.2.6

I upgraded from 3.2.4 to 3.2.6 today and received an error message when trying to download NuGet packages (Library - Packages - Download link). The error message is “You do not have permission to perform this action. Please contact your Octopus administrator. Missing permission: BuiltInFeedDownload.” I have the Systems Administrator role, so I should have access to this functionality.

I downgraded back to 3.2.4 and am now able to download packages again.
