I just logged into my Octopus Deploy instance and found that none of the “administrators” have admin access. I checked the raven db to ensure that users are in the administrator group. Any suggestions on how to restore admin access?
Thanks for getting in touch! You can restore one of the accounts to admin rights using the following commands see: “Resetting Administrator Passwords” http://docs.octopusdeploy.com/display/OD/Resetting+passwords
It will allow you to make sure one of the accounts is the administrator and will allow you to go in and see what could have been removed/restricted.

What happened was, all or our email accounts were migrated to a new instance of exchange and the domain portion of our name was changed. So when we logged in, the user recognized by OD was not the one that was setup as an admin. I cleared out the old accounts after following the instructions on the link you provided. As always thanks for the quick helpful response.
