After doing an in place upgrade from 2018.8.9 to 2021.1.7638 when accessing Web Portal on the server I receive the Waiting page indefinitely. I can access the portal from my local workstation.

We’ve seen this behavior in the past when trying to connect to the Octopus portal using Internet Explorer, so I was wondering if you have tried connecting to it with a different browser?

This is hopefully the fix as we stopped supporting Internet Explorer 11 in Octopus 2021.1 and greater: Installation requirements - Octopus Deploy
