Is it possible to change a license from local to cloud?

I recently bought a local license for 10 targets, could i use the value of the license as credits if i change to cloud hosted octopus?

It will definitely be possible to migrate an existing license from a self hosted license to an Octopus Cloud license, and we will take into account the value of the license that you currently have. The exact mechanism for this hasn’t been worked out as yet, as soon as we have this defined we will be sure to make this process public and visible.
