Internet Explorer Error with 2019.13.1

When trying to reach Octopus with Internet Explorer with version 2019.13.1, we get the following error:

An unexpected error occurred in Octopus vundefined: “TypeError: Object doesn’t support property or method ‘entries’”

We do have a workaround with using Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but this error is concerning a little.

We are running version 11.592.18362.0 (KB4534251) of Internet Explorer.

This issue didn’t exist with 2019.13.0.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry you’ve run into this issue.

We’re in the process of adding some new themeing support for the UI, and this unfortunately broke IE11 support completely.

We have created a GitHub issue here that you can track to be notified when a fix is available. We’re aiming to get this fixed today, in preparation for the next fast-lane release (likely next week).
