Instance is not found, for a newly created instance

I created an instance on cloud as a free account at last night.

I get this error:

instance is not found

We’re sorry, but we couldn’t locate the instance you’re trying to access.

It’s most likely been deactivated by you, or it may have expired. For more information please check your Octopus Account, or contact support…


In my account page it shows instance is active.

Thanks for getting in touch! Sorry about the inconvenience you’ve hit here. It looks like your instance URL is up and running now, so I’m wondering if you’ve had luck getting in since your first message? I can’t see any issue in the backend, so it might have just still been configuring when you attempted to get to it.
