I have a manual intervention step, however when I start typing in the notes input field the field will loose focus. I can see near the cancel button (top right) there is a ajax spinner popping up so for some reason it keeps throwing focus onto something else…annoying.

The spinner shows up when the site loads the latest releases shown on the right bottom corner of the screen. It does it periodically and it shouldnt interfere with the window that is causing you problems.
I cant seem reproduce the error on the latest version 2.6.5.1010 and i also couldn’t find a related issue for this (if it had been global, we would have noticed it back on 2.3 for sure). Is this happening to other users on your company as well?
