We constantly run into issue that deployments waiting in queue.
I tried to increase the task cap from 5 to 50 this morning. However, this change doesn’t seem take any effect. The concurrent running tasks are still no more than 5.
Do we need to restart the Octopus service for task cap change to take effect?

When you mention the concurrent running tasks are still no more than 5, what kind of tasks are running, are they all deployments?

There were 4 running tasks include deployments and subscriptions.
And other deployments were just sitting in the queue and waiting.
