as of implementing tenants in Octopus in out enterprise, when manually doing a deployment, after selecting the release, then the environment, and then one or more tenants, it then lists the deployment steps and the servers that would be effected by that step, based on roles and tenants. however, this list of servers is often wrong, bolding more servers than should be. the actual servers that would be deployed to on that step are always bolded, but additional ones that should not be are bolded as well.
when we actually execute the deployment, however, it applied the roles and tenants correctly.
