Improve in-app documentation for "Deploy a Windows Service" step template

We’re running the OD tentacle under a service account, and I was having issues getting a Windows Service installed using a “Deploy a Windows Service” step (OD v 3.8.4), when the step script was failing when trying to manipulate the service: https://i.imgur.com/CxJ7kwq.png

This was resolved by adding the deploy service account to the Administrators group and restarting the tentacle service, but not before much hand-wringing :-/ . It would be nice if the step UI included a note to this effect (if indeed this was the right solution).

Hi Ben,
You may be right. Ill take a look at the docs/UI and see if we can’t be a little more clear in the permissions that are required for the Tentacle to do its job.
