IIS Deploy updating the Physical Path of an iis site

Good day

We have a web site that has a root folder (C:/intetpub/wwwroot/deployment) and the ‘physical path’ to the website actually sits within this root (C:/intetpub/wwwroot/deployment/site)

When the octo deploy runs Deploy to IIS, and each release it releases it updated the physical path back to the root.

Does Octopus have a way of updating the physical path of an iis site once the deployment is complete.

You should be able to configure the physical path in the Deploy to IIS site by adding it to the relative path.
e.g.
