How to rename a project group name

Hello,

We have a project group name called Employees Portal, and we would like to change that name. When trying the edit the name of the group, we get the following error:

This is the screen we get when clicking the edit button (original group name: Employees Portal):

As the group name is editable, we would think that it is possible to edit the name, but we get the error from the first screenshot.

Is it possible to change the group name?

Thanks for reaching out to Octopus Support, and I’m sorry you’re running into this error attempting to rename a project group.

Unfortunately, you are running into a known bug. More info on the bug can be found in this GitHub issue. The fix will be included in our 2023.1 release once it is made generally available. The workaround is to create a new project group with the desired name.
