How to promote the octo package/deployment from one octopus server to other

We have a isolated networks one for Dev and QA and another for PROD. same octopus server we cant use for Prod which is in Dev/QA.
In this scenario we are planning to have another instance of Octopus in Prod environment, but once the package is passed QA, how to promote it to Prod Octopus across the networks/separate instance of Octopus.
