Does octopus having any option for downloading the variables?

Thanks for getting in touch! There are a couple potential options to exporting variables which I’ll list below.
In your project’s Variables tab, you can select Download as JSON from within the overflow menu as shown below.
You can use Octopus’ REST API to get the required data. We have some sample scripts up on our public API repository which may provide a good starting point. 
Our data migration feature also allows you to import and export just about anything.
