my question is: i have created some build using jenkins. i have placed that build in some folder(offline). i want to deploy this folder to some another location(offline folder).
please suggest me how to do this.

You have stated that this build is in some offline folder, and you need to deploy it to another offline location. Would you be able to provide some further clarification about this? (What do you mean by offline?)
It sounds like you are not deploying a packaged application but a directory of lose files. Is this correct?
Is Octopus able to see the directory?
What version of Octopus deploy are you using?
If you could answer the above questions with more detail, I should be able to provide you with a more constructive answer.
