How to configure octopus to invoke Teamcity build

I have written a shell script to run the TeamCity build, however, I ended up in error “The remote name could not be resolved”. Do I have to open port to communicate octopus to TeamCity?

Thanks for getting in touch!

Octopus doesn’t have any direct connectivity with TeamCity, so this issue will be in the networking configuration.
It sounds like it may be a DNS problem, but the easiest way to troubleshoot would be to remove Octopus from the equation and try running the shell script manually on the Octopus machine.
Or perhaps test if you can access your TeamCity server via a browser from the Octopus machine?
