High latency while populating Tenants during Deployment

Hi,
While populating Tenants for deployment, it takes lot of time after a particular tenant is selected from dropdown menu. To select 10 tenants, it takes almost 10 minutes.
Compared to Chrome browser, Internet Explorer takes 3-4 times more and is presented with message that Octopus server is taking long time to run the script.
Other applications has no such latency and doesn’t indicate any bandwidth issue.
Can you please help us with this issue?
