Health Check Notifications

In octopus , under Subscriptions we have a task to periodically check the health of a tentacle and send notification through mail .We configured all the details , but still we are not receiving any notifications on its health .

Please suggest on configuring health check email notifications.

Thanks for getting in touch! I will need to get some further information from you before I can help here.

Would you be able to let me know the following:

• Does the subscription trigger and create a task only to fail? If so, please attach the deployment log here.

• If the subscription task does not trigger, would you be able to attach a screenshot of its configuration in the Octopus portal?

• Are you able to confirm that your SMTP configuration Save and Test works?

The above information will give me an idea of what could be going wrong here and help us troubleshoot this issue.
