While implementing a version # solution, we accidentally set a package version to 19.0.0.0. Now that this is resolved version 1.0.0.0 will not deploy since it is less than 19.0.0.0. Just our observations. We recreated the project and still v19.0.0.0 is remains.
–ignoreexisting seems to suppress the error in our TeamCity feed. Yet --force and --forcepackagedownload seems to help at all.
Is there a checkbox I’m missing to allow a previous version to be deployed from an external feed?
