Feature Request: Disable Step

Hello , I have a feature request that I think would be handy .
I am asking to have the option to disable a step in the process and not removing it . Sometimes you would like to test a step in the process or the process without a certain step . Currently you have to remove it , which might be annoying if you want to bring it back . So would be nice if we have the option to skip or diactivate a step
