Environment cannot be added because it exists, but it does not

We are trying to create an environment however when we do so we get an error saying that the environment already exists. I have checked the ravendb index directly along with the api and the gui. This environment does not exist yet it still will not allow us to create it. Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks for contacting us. On Raven did you check on the DeploymentEnvironment document? (see attached screenshot for reference). Could you also let us know which version of Octopus are you running?

Awesome I checked those documents out and saw that the environment was listed there. I removed it from the list and everything worked perfectly. Thank you! For reference we are using version 2.4.10.235 of Octopus deploy and this is the first time we ran into this problem.
