Don't require selecting Tenant when only one choice

Currently when creating a release for a Tenanted-only project, the release creation screen requires you to drop-down and select the Tenant even when is only one choice.

We use Tenanted releases mainly for Tenant variables, and the majority of projects only have one Tenant. This leads to constantly having to pointlessly select ‘one of one’ choices.

I think this applies as a general UI principle: When the user has to make a choice, and there only one option, pre-select that option.
