Does Set-OctopusVariable carry values across Deployment Tasks

When I am Deploying, if I call Set-OctopusVariable in one script, is the value the same in subsequent tasks or do the values only persist within the current task?

Hi Michael,

No, the variable is currently set for the duration of the current package deployment only. We’d like to extend this in future but there are a lot of design points to consider here.
