DNS Cname for Octopus Cloud url?

Hi, I tried adding a cname entry that pointed octopusdeploy.stevelobdell.com to stevelobdell.octopus.app and I’m getting an error when trying to get to it through my url. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks

This is the error, it is up and running and I can access it via stevelobdell.octopus.app:

Instance is temporarily unavailable

It’s most likely initializing or temporarily moving between regions. For more information please check your Octopus Account, or contact support.

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately it’s not currently possible to create a CNAME for your cloud instance. It’s something we’re planning on implementing in the future, but we don’t have a date as to when it will be available.
