Deployment reports

Good Morning,

I’m new to Octopus so you may need to be patient with me.

I have an issue when trying to connect to my deployment server using a excel to generate a deployment report. The datasource is correct "*********************JG"
The error message in Excel is the server isn’t responding.
The error in Octopus is:
Unhandled exception from web server processing HEAD to https://deploy.
***********************JG: The parameter is incorrect

It worked when i first generated the API KEY. Although it hasn’t work since.

Please Help!

Thanks for getting in touch, and welcome to Octopus! I’m sorry you’re having this issue. I suspect the issue you’re having could possibly be due to the URL you’re using. Can you confirm your URL is correct, including the port? You can see examples in our reporting documentation page:

In the same page, it mentions a similar error to what you’ve reported. This specifically is due to the revocation information for the certificate isn’t retrievable. This error is listed in the following section with steps to get around it:

If you’re still having this issue, could I ask which version of Octopus you’re currently running?
