During deployment, the octopus portal is saying the deployment failed after 5 minutes, but when looking at the deployment progress, all steps get executed (total deployment time: around 45 minutes).
The screenshot attached shows an error, but I don’t know where can I find more details about it.

Can you check the event viewer on the Tentacle? I expect that you might have a variable reference (e.g., #{Foo}) referencing a variable that isn’t defined. Currently Tentacle doesn’t return these errors to the deployment log, which is a bug we’ll fix in the next release.
