Deploy to PAAS Azure db

Hi,

Is it possible to deploy a sql file to create schema to an azure db. Right now, octopus rejects a server name in the octopus configuration file and cannot be added manually. EX: ylabwjtm8j.database.windows.net. Surely, I am not first to try and do this?
