Deletion of Release result

Hi Team,
We did face an issue with one of Project saying that there was delete activity under an account. But the octopus console was used by more that 2 person at that time. But, the user seems to be running some other Project and activity on Octopus server but their Id gets tagged under delete. Could you please advise and let us know what would be the issue behind please?

Also, i would like to make this chat a private one so i can share some examples for same.

In the audit log for that event, what is the description?
