Default package version

When creating a release the packages look to default to latest, but I have a few situations where I would like to set the package version to a specific value by default. Is this possible ?

I don’t want to have to enter the required specific value each release, I would like to specify the package default version once as part of the process setup. If a user wants to change this value they are able to.

Thanks for getting in touch! It looks like you are after our Channels feature here.

Channels enable you to configure a set of version rules and the Lifecycle the should follow when creating a release for that Channel.

I suggest checking out the documentation on this feature as it contains a lot more information and details than I can fit into a response here.
