Create template using rest APIs

Dear all,

I would like to undestand if it is possible to create a project with all its deployment steps using the rest APIs.
In our company there are some doubts on the adoption of Octopus Deploy and they would like to understand if using the erst APIs i s possible to deploy some scripts to automate the project creation process including the definition of the steps.
