Configuration > Audit > Export : Not Working

When trying to export anything from the Audit Logs, no file downloaded.

Using the web ui.
v. 2019.2.9

Cleared all filters. Nothing.
Filtered on what I need: Nothing.

Have not tried getting this via API.

Any ideas?

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m very sorry to hear you’re hitting this unexpected and inconvenient issue here. We have a known bug in Chrome version 83 that’s been disallowing users from downloading things like this in the UI (audit, packages, deployment process, etc.). You can reference this specific issue at the following link.

Does this match your scenario? Does using Firefox as an alternative, or right-clicking the export and opening it in the new tab in Chrome work in your case?
