Choose target when deploying

Hello,

At my previous job we used octopus and I thought I was able to choose the deployment target at deployment time. I wasn’t administering the setup then but I am now and I’m not sure how to do this.

Use case:
I’m deploying to prod and we have 4 servers but I want to deploy to one at a time to test before full roll out.
