Can't find or create user

We use AD Authentication for our ocotpus server (version 2.1.3.1223)
We want to add a user to the Administrator team so he have access to different projects.

Serching the list we can’t find the username we want to add.
He is in the selected active directory, we even added him to the local windows administrator account.

When we try to create a new user with the credentals we get:
There was a problem with your request.

  • This username is already mapped to existing user ‘{0}’.
  • xxx@yyy.net

Is there a way to find the non exisiting user? Anyway to trouble shoot users?

Hi Emil,

When using AD authentication we create User records automatically when the user visits the portal. Until they have visited the portal, they won’t appear in the drop down list to add them to a team.
