Can't communicate with Octopus server from Windows Server 2003 in DMZ

Hi,
My windows server 2003 machine which is in the DMZ is showing as offline. The port I am using is open as Octopus server can communicate with a 2008 R2 machine which is also in the DMZ, using the same port.
Any suggestions?

It should hopefully take you through some steps to determine why Octopus cannot communicate with your Tentacle.
