Cannot write configuration file, OctoDeploy 2.0

I’m running into intermittent problems deploying a website to various environments. I’ve not been able to determine a predictable success/failure pattern. The messages in TeamCity are as follows (they are similar in the Octopus logs). A portion of the log files are attached.

Thanks for getting in touch!

We put those retries in because that file sometimes gets locked by IIS. It shouldn’t fail that much though. Do you have any realtime antivirus monitoring those file which may be interfering with the writes ?
