Cannot Get the Setting page to load for one Project

Everytime i try to browse to this particular project settings page i get
“The resource ‘Projects-1223’ was not found.”

I realize the 2018.8.6 fix this issue, i have download and installed it and no more issue with clone project not showing the Settings page
