We currently use Manual Intervention steps to have admins approve deploys to Production. Would it be possible to have a modified version that requires a field to be populated before the authorized user can disable the approval button until a value is set in the notes?

Thanks for getting in touch! Currently this is not something available in Octopus. I think the best option is to check out our UserVoice suggestions page. You are able to create suggestion or vote and comment on a preexisting suggestion. We use UserVoice to gauge community support for ideas, with enough support we can look into implementing the feature.
