Calamari Application Error with clr.dll

I setup a new server and installed the tentacle and upgraded Calamari with no issues. However, when I try to deploy my code there, the deploy fails with a stackoverflowexception. The event viewer on my server shows an application error with error code 1000 and the following message:

I’ve attempted reinstalling the tentacle, I’ve tried repairing the .net framework, and I have made sure that all windows updates are installed. Still no luck. Thoughts?

For anyone who finds this, it turns out that the environment I was deploying to did not have a variable configured which was causing it to fail. Double check your variable configurations for your environments!
