This week it seem that some already installed package with no code change have been pushed on some machines but not all of them. I dont see special log
Which is good but the others which are supposed to be identical are installed but they shouldnt

Thank you for contacting Octopus Support.
Could you provide additional information regarding your issue? One place you can check is in the project. Navigate to the “Releases” page, then select the release in question. You should see the “Deployment History” at the bottom that shows you all deployments for this particular release since it was created.
Feel free to provide any relevant raw task logs or screenshots of what you are seeing.

My mistake we where using a custom powershell script in octopus that make some verification instead of using package deployment and Octopus own validation
