Both Octopus Server and tentacle fail to correctly determine OS version

Hello, in deployment log Octopus fails to correctly determine OS version. We have Windows Server 2012 R2 (v 6.3), but Octopus wrongly reports it as Windows Server 2012 / Windows 8 (v 6.2). We dived into it and it seems we found the root cause. This affects both Octopus Server AND Tentacle versions.
