Blocking a Release not preventing deployment - Octopus 3.13.5

Hi there,

We just upgraded to v 3.13.5 and we noticed that the block release process isn’t preventing release (see attached documents)

Also, It would be good if it was a bit more obvious if a release is blocked in the UI (especially on the Releases page and dashboard!) and prevents action on it earlier :).

Hi Richard,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There does indeed appear to be some issues with the blocking brought about by the optional phases so I have created a GitHub Ticket to fix it. I’m hoping that it should go out in the next release in the next few days.
