Block Deployment button missing

I have a team setup which is restricted to 3 projects. The role for the team is System Administrator. The user does not see the Block Deployment button on the release page.

Thanks for getting in touch! Even though they have the Sysadmin permissions, when we add new permissions we do not automatically assign them to existing groups as we do not want to make the assumption that the users in that group should be able to use any new features. Can you check if the System Administrator role has ‘DefectReport’ and ‘DefectResolve’ as part of their permissions.

Yes, the system administrator role has all checkboxes checked.

If you change the team to remove the project restriction, does it work? We may have a problem with that permission being scoped.

Removing the project restrictions works. Of course, I can’t leave it like that, though. :slight_smile:
