Azure Web App Target Missing Under Infrastructure

Under Infrastructure > Deployment Targets > Add Deployment Target, I am not seeing an option for Azure Web App. In fact, I don’t see any options for Azure related deployment targets. What is the proper way to add an Azure related deployment target?

We are running Octopus Deploy version 2018.5.7.

This support issue can be closed. The Azure related deployment targets are showing up now. We believe that the issue was caused by browser caching.
