Azure deployment slot

Hello

I am trying to set up deployment slots as per https://octopus.com/docs/deployment-examples/azure-deployments/deploying-a-package-to-an-azure-web-app/using-deployment-slots-with-azure-web-apps

For “Step 3: Deploy Your Package”, when I create a new Deploy an Azure Web App step, it doesn’t have the “Deployment Slot” option?

How do I get that option?

This is Octopus version 2018.6.12

Hi,

The Deployment Slot selection was only added in v2018.7.0 or higher (https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/4561).
Sorry, you do need to update to get this feature, I would recommend updating to latest LTS version.

thanks for confirming that.
I was looking at https://octopus.com/docs/deployment-examples/azure-deployments/deploying-a-package-to-an-azure-web-app which mentions Octopus 2018.5 so i figured our version was new enough.
Looks like its time for us to upgrade!
